1. How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days after your order ships.
Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days after your order ships.
2. Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands), Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Other regions are not supported yet.
3. Do I need to pay for shipping?
Orders over $48.99 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders between $0–$48.98 USD will incur a $5 USD standard shipping fee.
Expedited delivery is available for $8 USD, regardless of order value.
4. How will my order be shipped?
We partner with Amazon Logistics and other reliable carriers. The best carrier will be automatically selected based on your delivery address.
5. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?
We strive to ship items together. However, depending on product availability or logistics arrangements, items may be shipped separately. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package.
6. Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
7. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
